Returns

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of puzzle products, items that have been used, modified, or damaged by improper handling cannot be returned.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
