Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your CubeSea purchase. If you encounter any issues, please review our policy below.


1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All accessories and components included

  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement, OR

  • Provide a refund (including shipping where applicable)


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened lubricants

  • Customized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or modification


4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

  • Additional time may be required by your payment provider


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
